Without customers your company will go out of business. It’s that simple. We expect our team members to know how to serve customers like it is an innate trait or a part of our upbringing. But everyone is different and so are their life experiences, so what seems obvious to one person will not be obvious at all to another. This is why we should not take customer service for granted and actually invest in teaching our team as well as creating measurable customer service standards for the company.

Everyone knows that culture is not what we say we it is, but what we actually do collectively on a daily basis when no one is watching. Even if we already have our vision, mission and our core values statements, which are supposed to guide us in creating the culture we wish to have, are we really following them? When there is a lack of alignment between your stated values and what is observed day to day then the question to ask yourselves is how can we change the things that we do so that we are operating in ways that are reflective of our guiding principles? The answer to this question starts with your leaders. The best way to create and maintain a change in culture is for them to communicate and then model the changes to create better alignment.

“Your mind can be your best friend or worst enemy.” Shirzad Chamine. Each and every one of us deserves to have our own version of happiness and success which is maximising our potential. Yet only 20% of us actually achieve this according to research cited in Positive Intelligence®. In order to maximise our potential, we must learn to use our minds to its fullest and the Positive Intelligence® Program gives us the tools to do just that. This body of work is based on four branches of science: neuroscience, cognitive behavioural science, positive psychology and performance science. It explains how we have automatic ways of sabotaging ourselves and how we can learn to rewire our minds to create new patterns of behaviour that will serve us better. This improves our mental fitness and resilience in the face of challenges. It also strengthens our leadership mindset, improving our emotional intelligence, confidence, self-reliance and our ability to build strong relationships.

We all face situations or challenges that feel disempowering making it easy for us to fall into the blame, complain and shame cycle instead of finding creative solutions to work with what is available to us and change the things we can. This workshop gives us a framework for us to recognize when we're caught up in the disempowering drama triangle and ways we can shift towards more empowering perspectives.

Most of us can relate to the feeling that we sometimes sabotage our own best interests. We may not know why we do this, or how to change it, but we know that we do it, and when we do it can really mess things up. It turns out that this automatic behaviour is part of our survival mechanism. While it serves a purpose, if we don’t learn how to “control” it we end up unfortunately being controlled by it. This workshop series will give you the insight to better understand these “bad” actors and habits. So that, you become more in control and confident with keeping your saboteurs in check, while teaching you how to access and use your sage powers instead.

Being able to engage in healthy conflict is a key success factor for work and life! This workshop addresses the learned communication patterns that break down trust and how to use the principles of nonviolent communication essentially using empathy and emotional intelligence to rebuild it. Allowing you to become comfortable with engaging in difficult conversations, create positive environments with accountability and have healthy conflict.
