Mental Fitness Bootcamp

Live Online or In-person

  • Sessions are weekly on Mondays or Tuesdays for 7 weeks.
  • Each weekly session is one-hour long and usually starts at 6:30 pm AST.

“Your mind can be your best friend or worst enemy.” Shirzad Chamine. Each and every one of us deserves to have our own version of happiness and success which is maximising our potential. Yet only 20% of us actually achieve this according to research cited in Positive Intelligence®.

In order to maximise our potential, we must learn to use our minds to its fullest and the Positive Intelligence® Program gives us the tools to do just that. This body of work is based on four branches of science: neuroscience, cognitive behavioural science, positive psychology and performance science. It explains how we have automatic ways of sabotaging ourselves and how we can learn to rewire our minds to create new patterns of behaviour that will serve us better.

This improves our mental fitness and resilience in the face of challenges. It also strengthens our leadership mindset, improving our emotional intelligence, confidence, self-reliance and our ability to build strong relationships.

What You’ll Learn

  1. The three pillars of Positive Intelligence®: the Operating System, the Saboteurs and the Sage.
  2. The concept of mental muscles and understanding of your automatic or “go to” habits when triggered or stressed and how these can sabotage the results that you are trying to achieve.
  3. How to rewire your mind to shift from saboteur-fear based and triggered to sage-calm and focused positively impacting communication, decision making and results.

What to Expect

  • 6-weekly modules delivered in the Positive Intelligence® app.
  • 7-weekly interactive group coaching calls to assimilate and put into practice the learning from the app and to create accountability to stay the course and complete the program.
  • Be part of a learning pod to support and learn together.
  • 15 minute per day (Tuesdays to Fridays) daily practice that will help create new habits to replace the automatic “go to” habits
