Overcoming Your Saboteurs

Live Online or In-person

  • Three 3-hour workshops every two or three weeks over a total of approximately two (2) months.
  • Contact us for dates and times which can be customized to your needs.

Most of us can relate to the feeling that we sometimes sabotage our own best interests. We may not know why we do this, or how to change it, but we know that we do it, and when we do it can really mess things up.

It turns out that this automatic behaviour is part of our survival mechanism. While it serves a purpose, if we don’t learn how to “control” it we end up unfortunately being controlled by it.

Our saboteurs according to the Positive Intelligence® are our coping mechanisms that we learned in childhood, which may have served us then but are no longer serving us.

As a result when we have to do something we believe is “hard” or “big” we may feel extremely stressed out or anxious, we may get easily frustrated and want to give up, some of us may procrastinate and never get started until it’s too late or get overly perfectionistic and argumentative.

These are examples of saboteur habits that are really getting in the way of our performance, negatively impacting our relationships and our overall well-being.

This workshop series will give you the insight to better understand these “bad” actors and habits. So that, you become more in control and confident with keeping your saboteurs in check, while teaching you how to access and use your sage powers instead. It will give you the tools to be able to respond to challenging situations in more positive ways thereby improving your success in terms of how you perform, your relationships with yourself and others on your team, as well as your overall well-being.
